Physical and Chemical Properties | Oil in water lotion is a new type of durable antistatic agent. The isocyanate group reacts with the active hydrogen in the cationic surfactant in the same bath to form a polyurethane polymer film on the surface of the fabric, giving the fabric durable antistatic property and washability. And it has good permeability and compatibility. |
Use | As a textile finishing agent, suitable for anti-static finishing of polyester, nylon, and acrylic fabrics. It has good washing resistance, permeability, anti-static properties, and wear resistance. And it can improve the dyeing fastness of dyes. |
1. Avoid using water of poor quality: (such as synthetic CaCO3 with a hardness higher than 100mg/L) for dilution to avoid affecting the quality of the finishing.
2. It is advisable to clean any residual alkali on the fabric as much as possible to avoid affecting the quality of the finishing.
Firstly, polyisocyanates are reacted with polyether polyols to form polyurethane prepolymers, and then sodium bisulfite is used to block them to form water-soluble polyurethane. Finally, add fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether and its quaternary ammonium salt derivatives to prepare the working solution.
